Indictment proceedings on Pervaiz Elahi not completed in recruitment case
The anti-corruption had registered a case against Pervaiz Elahi and others.
Lahore: The indictment proceedings on former chief minister Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has not completed in illegal recruitments case.
According to the details, judge Arshad Hussain heard the case of illegal recruitments against Pervaiz Elahi. The medical certificate of Pervaiz Elahi has been presented in court by the Adiala jail officials during hearing today (Thursday).
The report stated that Pervaiz Elahi is ill and he cannot come into court because he had fallen in washroom where his ribs got a fracture.
However, the report further said that Pervaiz Elahi cannot travel amid his medical condition.
It should be noted that the court had summoned the accusers today for indictment. The anti-corruption had registered a case against Pervaiz Elahi and others.
