Islamabad: Prime minister Shehbaz Sharif stated that the government is determined to stop power theft. Punjab’s performance is satisfactory in this regard.
According to the details, Shehbaz Sharif was talking to the session regarding the electricity department and the government’s initiatives for that matter.
He said that the other provinces should take initiative to stop power theft also. Rain is falling across the country. National disaster management authority (NDMA) should make a clear strategy together with the government.
Prime minister also said that he directed to NDMA amid the damages of heavy rains. There is a need to appoint the consultants for the betterment of power supply system.
