WASA issues high alert on heavy rain in Islamabad

Islamabad: The water and sanitation authority (WASA) has issued high alert after the heavy rain in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
According to the details, the WASA’s staff has been appointed in lowlands and heavy machinery has reached in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
On the other hand, a pick-up van fallen into the rainwater drain in the area of Lower Dir. A 10-year-old boy has taken out alive whereas the driver and the child’s father is missing.
