ATC cancels arrest warrant of Khadijah Shah in Jinnah house case
The court had directed to make Khadijah Shah appear in the court today (Tuesday).
Lahore: The anti-terrorism court (ATC) has canceled arrest warrant of Khadijah Shah in Jinnah house arsons case.
According to the details, Khadijah Shah’s arrest warrant were issued because of not appearing in the court. The judge Arshad Javed issued arrest warrant of Khadijah Shah. Khadijah Shah appeared in the court and affirmed to appear in court on every next hearing.
The court had directed to make Khadijah Shah appear in the court today (Tuesday).
However, the court summoned the trial in Jinnah house case whereas the police registered case against Khadijah Shah on sarwar road station.
It should be noted that earlier ATC had issued Khadijah Shah's bailable arrest warrants in Jinnah house case.
