Islamabad: The Islamabad high court (IHC) has dismissed non-compliance plea of Bushra Bibi regarding to transfer from Bani Gala to Adiala jail.
According to the details, the former prime minister Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi had filed plea regarding to transfer from Bani Gala to Adiala jail.
However, the court dismissed the non-compliance plea and expressed indignation on the lawyer of Bushra Bibi for not appearing in the court.
The justice Mian Gil Hassan Aurangzeb issued orders to cancel the plea of Bushra Bibi.
