The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) of Sindh Police has summoned Dr Farooq Sattar, a central leader of the MQM, to the Civil Line Police Station tomorrow (Saturday) to testify him for allegedly supporting the Indian Intelligence Agency—RAW.
According to a notice issued by the CTD, two accused Naeem Khan and Imran Ahmed were arrested under FIR No54 at the CTD Civil Line police station.
Per the notice, the arrested accused have revealed their affiliation with RAW.
A notice issued by the investigating officer Inspector Zafar Abbas said that the arrested accused have revealed during the interrogation that MQM leader Dr Farooq Sattar had established their contact with the Indian Intelligence Agency.
In this regard, the notice issued to Dr Farooq Sattar has been asked to appear before the investigating officer on June 5 at noon with all the available evidence.
