The spokesperson of the Governor's House announced the swearing-in ceremony of the Balochistan cabinet yesterday, but due to unknown reasons, the ceremony was canceled today. They said that the oath-taking ceremony will not take place today.
It is pertinent to note that 14 ministers of the Balochistan cabinet were to take oath today. Among the expected ministers are Ali Madad Jatak, Sadiq Imrani, Sardar Sarfraz Domki, Asfandyar Kakar, Zahoor Balidi, Sardarzada Faisal Jamali, Liaquat Lahri and Bakht Kakar.
It is also reported that Saleem Khosa, Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran, Shoaib Noshirwani, Asim Kurd Gilo, Toor Utmakhil and Noor Mohammad Domar of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) were likely to take oath as provincial ministers today.
