Miranshah: Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has inaugurated first passport office in Miranshah.

According to details, the interior minister has promised to launch two mobile NADRA vans in the region as well.
“The passport offices will be established in Angoor Adda and other areas of North Waziristan. We will recruit locals in the passport and NADRA offices and priority will be given to females,” he said.
Later while speaking to tribal elders of North Waziristan, the interior minister praised the valour and bravery of people belonging to tribal areas saying that they have fought Pakistan’s war and the entire nation was proud of them.
“I will personally request the Prime Minister Imran Khan for the establishment of a medical university in this area,” he said.
Sheikh Rasheed also termed the jirgas as the best alternate for provision of speedy justice.
The interior minister was on a two-day visit to North Waziristan where he met the region's leaders and discussed the issues faced by the people.
