Karachi: The Sindh high court (SHC) has rejected 48 pleas regarding to regularize the thousands of employees of sui southern gas company (SSGC).
According to the details, a three-member bench headed by justice Yousaf Ali Syed heard the pleas amid this case. The applicants who filed plea in SHC included the 3350 contract-based employees of SSGC.
The applicant’s lawyer stated that the court had ordered to regularize the employees of more than 500 in 2018. All these pleas filed amid the court’s order.
On the other hand, peoples labor union stated that this verdict will be challenged in Supreme court (SC).
