CJP disposes of 46 cases in five days
These cases were civil, criminal, contract related to recruitment of employees and land.
Karachi: The significant progress has been made in the cases under hearing in the Supreme Court Karachi Registry.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa disposed of 46 cases in five days.
Most of the disposed of cases were pending in the Supreme Court for 15 years. From April 22 to 26, 49 cases were scheduled for hearing at the Supreme Court Registry.
These cases were civil, criminal, contract related to recruitment of employees and land.
The Chief Justice also ordered the end of encroachments outside buildings, on highways and footpaths.
