PM Shehbaz announces public holiday on Youm-e-Takbeer
Declares May 28 as a public holiday
Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced a public holiday in connection with Youm-e-Takbeer on May 28 (tomorrow).
The then PML-N government conducted successful nuclear tests in the hills of Chaghai in 1998 in a tit-for-tat response to India's nuclear tests and became the first Muslim country to attain the status of a nuclear power.
