Islamabad: The helicopters of the Pakistan Army and Sixth Aviation Squdern are struggling to extinguish a major fire that broke out in the Syedpur village range of Margalla Hills.
More than 75 firefighters of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) are also taking part in battling the huge flames. Rescuers are facing difficulties in controlling the blaze because of gusty winds.
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has issued directives to use all resources to quickly extinguish the fire on Margalla Hills.
He said that it should also be ensured that no human life and wildlife were harmed.
