Peshawar: A 4.8 magnitude earthquake shook Swat and nearby regions in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Sunday.
The latest reports suggested that the earthquake's epicenter was near the Tajikistan border, at a depth of 195 kilometers.
Fortunately, there were no reports of casualties or property damage in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The residents, alarmed by the tremors, exited their homes and began reciting Kalma-e-Tayyaba in response to the quake.
