The Election Commission of Pakistan had earlier removed the PTI intra-party election case from its schedule due to the unavailability of the bench

Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) scheduled June 6 for the hearing of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) intra-party election case, following its removal from the agenda on May 30 due to the unavailability of a bench.
The Election Commission has sent notices to Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Barrister Gohar Ali and Raoof Hassan.
Earlier, the ECP had removed the PTI intra-party election case from its schedule due to the unavailability of the bench.
In a notice posted on its website, the ECP stated, “This is to inform the general public and the litigants that the cases scheduled for hearing before the honourable Election Commission of Pakistan on 30.05.24 have been delisted due to the non-availability of the bench. The next hearing date will be announced later,”.
