Islamabad: Zartaj Gul was nominated as the Parliamentary Leader of Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) in National Assembly.
According to the details, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan approved the appointment of Zartaj Gul as the parliamentary leader.
PTI had proposed four names including Zartaj Gul, Sahibzada Mehboob Sultan, Zain Qureshi and Ahmad Chatha for the parliamentary leader in the National Assembly.
It is also reported that on Monday, the head of the Sunni Ittehad Council will inform the National Assembly about the formal nomination of Zartaj Gul.
