President gives assent to Finance Bill 2024-25

Islamabad :  President Asif Ali Zardari has given assent to the Finance Bill 2024-25 for next year’s federal budget.      

According to the communique issued by the President House, President Zardari gave the approval to the bill in accordance with Article 75 of the Constitution.

The Finance bill will be applicable from 1^st of July.

The development took place a day after the National Assembly approved the Finance Bill.

The opposition opposed it but the treasury benches successfully proved it.
