Balochistan Police will take custody of Sanam Javed from Kachhari and transfer her to Balochistan

Islamabad: The Islamabad Police has decided to hand over Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Sanam Javed to Balochistan Police.
According to the details, Islamabad Police has decided to hand over Sanam Javed to Balochistan Police and will be produced before the G-11 court shortly.
Balochistan Police will take custody of Sanam Javed from Kachhari and transfer her to Balochistan.
On the other hand, PTI worker Sanam’s father Javed Iqbal Khan filed an application in Islamabad High Court (IHC) for her release.
Federal Government, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Inspector General (IG) Islamabad and others have been made parties in the petition filed by Javed Iqbal Khan, in which it has been requested that Sanam be produced in the IHC and ordered to release her from illegal detention immediately.
In the petition, the court was requested to provide the details of the cases against Sanam Javed and to stop the proceedings on the cases registered against her.
The petition also requested to declare the process of abducting Sanam and taking into custody as illegal.
It is pertinent to note that after being released by the District and Sessions Court of Islamabad yesterday, PTI leader Sanam Javed was arrested again by the Islamabad Police.
The court had accepted the plea of Javed's lawyers to discharge her from the case and after her release, she left for home, but after some time she was arrested again by the Ramna Police of Islamabad.
In the case filed against Sanam Javed in the FIA, she was accused of defaming the security agency on a social networking website.
