Wife of Imran Khan asks court that all the relevant agencies be directed to provide details of the cases
Lahore: Bushra Bibi, the wife of PTI founder Imran Khan, on Monday challenged her potential detention in undisclosed cases at the Lahore High Court (LHC).
Justice Tariq Saleem Shaikh is due to hear the petition on Tuesday.
According to the petitioner's lawyer, the details of the cases registered against Bushra Bibi are not being disclosed.
Besides it, information regarding inquiries involving Bushra Bibi in anti-corruption, NAB, and FIA-related cases is also being withheld, as stated in the petition.
Bushra Bibi asked the court that all the relevant agencies be directed to provide details of the cases.
Moreover, she asked the court to stop her arrest in any undisclosed case.
