Lahore rain: Ceiling of new emergency ward in Mayo Hospital leaks

Lahore: The ceiling of the new emergency room of May Hospital leaked due to heavy rains in Lahore.

Rainwater also entered the operation theaters set up in the emergency and the patients were facing problems due to the accumulation of water in the emergency. Water also entered the emergency lifts constructed during the revamping.

According to the hospital administration, the C&W has been informed about the poor functioning of the new emergency, while the efforts to drain the water from the emergency ward of the hospital are underway.
