Islamabad: Minister of State for IT Shaza Fatima Friday said that they will expose every character involved in making fake video of Punjab Information Minister Azma Bokhari.
Shaza Fatima while holding a press conference with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) women leaders stated that the video was made viral by putting fake photos of Azma Bokhari. They will chase those who spread propaganda against Bokhari and find those who made the video go viral.
She added that legal action will be taken against those using Deep-fake technology, who humiliated Azma by uploading fake photos and videos. The spreaders of fake videos viral will also face the law. All characters will be exposed for making negative propaganda.
Shaza further said that those who make fake videos will be made a lesson. The propaganda of a political party and training are included in it. The political leaders train nations. False propaganda is being done on social media against her.
The Minister of State for IT also stated that it will not be allowed to say whatever one feels like on social media. A political party is following nefarious purposes in the name of Islam.
Leader of Muslim League-N Shaista Pervez Malik said in her speech that propaganda against women in politics does not flatter anyone. She stands with the victims of propaganda and such political tactics should not be used against women.
