(Khyber) The law enforcement agencies on Saturday, destroyed eighty-four tons of prohibited goods In Khyber District.
A special ceremony was organized in this regard. The items which were set ablaze included cigarettes and cigarette paper, betel nut, foreign medicines, blacklisted mobile phones and other items.
Customs officials, on the occasion, said the law enforcement agencies are active against smuggling. They said actions are being taken against the elements involved in the smuggling of prohibited items.
