Lahore: National fast bowler Hasan Ali continued to suffer from elbow pain, hindering his ability to play consistently.

The sources said that due to this injury, Hasan Ali was unable to participate in all matches during his stint in county cricket with Warwickshire.

Several key players are finding it challenging to secure a spot in the team for the Bangladesh series, and Hasan Ali's inclusion is also uncertain.

Pakistan and Bangladesh are set to play a two-match Test series, with the first Test scheduled to commence on August 21 in Rawalpindi.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) would soon announce the final squad, taking into account the fitness and form of the players.
