Supreme Leader of Iran Ayatollah Khamenei will lead the funeral prayers for Ismail Haniyeh
Tehran: The funeral prayer of Hamas Chief Ismail Haniyeh would be offered tomorrow morning in Tehran.
According to Arab media, the funeral prayers for Ismail Haniyeh will take place at 8:00 am Iranian time and 9:30 am Pakistani time.
Iranian media reports that Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Khamenei, will lead the funeral prayers for Ismail Haniyeh.
After the funeral in Tehran, Ismail Haniyeh's body will be transferred to Doha, Qatar, on Thursday. His funeral prayers in Doha will be held after Friday prayers at the Imam Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab Mosque, followed by his burial in the Lusail cemetery.
Ismail Haniyeh, the head of Hamas, was martyred on Wednesday in an Israeli airstrike in the Iranian capital, Tehran. He was in Tehran to attend the inauguration ceremony of Iranian President Mahmoud Pezhkian.
