Lawyers take out PTI spokesperson to home as he came out from Adiala jail following ATC order for his release in case related to terror financing

Rawalpindi: Raoof Hassan , the spokesperson of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has been set free from Adiala jail, the latest reports say.
Advocate Shaista Khosa and Raja Yasir Raoof Hassan took him to the home as he came out of the jail.
He was freed from the jail after an Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) ordered the relevant authorities to set him free.
Earlier in the day, Raoof Hasan, a leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), secured bail in a terror financing case.
The bail plea was reviewed by Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of Islamabad's anti-terrorism court. The judge requested the case record from the prosecutor, who stated that it was the responsibility of the investigating officer to provide the record.
Hasan's attorney argued that his client was not named in the FIR and had not been found with explosives. He contended that Hasan was included in the terrorism case without substantial evidence.
Subsequently, the investigating officer submitted the case record. Hasan’s lawyer highlighted that Hasan, at 75 years old, had a history of heart attacks and cancer.
PTI lawyer Shoaib Shaheen claimed that Hasan was arrested after seven days of physical remand and suggested that the arrest was intended to restrict Hasan’s movements.
Following the arguments, the court granted bail to Raoof Hasan against a bond of Rs0.2 million.
