PTI seeks permission for public meeting at Minar-e-Pakistan

Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Wednesday submitted a new request to hold a public meeting at Minar-e-Pakistan Lahore on August 13.
This request has been filed with the Deputy Commissioner of Lahore, seeking permission for the event. This move comes after PTI was previously denied permission for a rally at the same location.
Central Punjab's Senior Vice President, Akmal Khan Bari, has submitted the new application on behalf of the party. In the application, he has requested permission for the event at Minar-e-Pakistan, Mochi Gate, or Nasir Bagh on August 13.
