Govt will not grant NRO to Imran Khan: Kundi
KP governor claims that PTI founder was asking for a concession
Swabi: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi claimed on Saturday that PTI's founder, Imran Khan was seeking a NRO from the government which will not be granted to him.
Speaking to media after offering condolence with PPP leader Bilal Sherpao over his uncle’s death, Kundi said that PTI founder was asking government for a concession but the government has no plans to provide one. “Court will decide the fate of his cases,” Kundi said.
He said that it was a victory for Maulana Fazlur Rehman that Asad Qaiser visits him every other day. “Maulana is also facing challenges, as he, too, has to convert Jews to Islam.”
Regarding the no-confidence move, the KP Governor stated that the PPP will not support PTI in the no-confidence move. He said that his party had strong alliance with PML-N.
