Price of petrol may decrease by more than Rs9 per litre


Islamabad: A sigh of relief is expected for the people suffering from inflation, as prices of petroleum products are likely to decline in Pakistan, GNN reported.
According to the details, it is expected that the price of petroleum products will be reduced by Rs12 per litre. According to the initial details, the prices of petrol, diesel, and kerosene oil can fall.
The price of diesel per litre is likely to decline by Rs8.5 per litre, while the price of petrol may decrease by more than Rs9 per litre, and the price of kerosene may also decrease by over Rs12.
Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) will send the final summary regarding the prices of petroleum products on August 15. The new prices will be announced in consultation with the Finance Minister and the Prime Minister.
