Rawalpindi: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir will hold a ceremony in honor of Olympian Gold Medalist Arshad Nadeem on Friday.
A special function will be held at General Headquarters (GHQ) Rawalpindi in honor of national hero Arshad Nadeem and his family.
Gold medalist Arshad Nadeem fulfilled the expectations of the nation and made the country famous. He will be a torchbearer for the young generation of Pakistan in the world of sports.
It is pertinent to note that in the javelin throw competition, national athlete Arshad Nadeem created a new record by throwing 92.97 meters in the Paris Olympics and broke the 118-year-old record of the Olympics by making a wonderful throw.
