Karachi Chamber stated that people of Sindh are also very worried due to excessive electricity bill


Karachi: The Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industries (KCCI) has also demanded relief in electricity bills to the people of Sindh.
Karachi Chamber in its statement said that like Punjab, the federation should announce immediate relief in electricity bills, and that the people of Sindh should also be given Rs14 per unit relief in electricity bills.
Karachi Chamber stated that the people of Sindh are also very worried due to the excessive electricity bills. The Federation should announce immediate relief in electricity bills to Sindh like Punjab. The people and businessmen of Sindh are unable to pay the bills at the current rate.
It is pertinent to note that the Punjab government has decided to give immediate relief in the bills of August and September, saying that those who consume up to 500 units will be given a relief of Rs14 per unit, but those consuming up to 200 units will be deprived of the relief.
After relief in Punjab, other provinces are also demanding relief in electricity bills.
