Rawalpindi: Pakistan has completed the training launch of ballistic missile Shaheen-II.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) of the Pakistan Army, the Shaheen-II ballistic missile has surface-to-surface capability.
The purpose of the training launch was to review training, and technical parameters while senior officers of the Strategic Plans Division, Army Strategic Forces Command, scientists, and engineers from strategic organisations also witnessed the training launch, ISPR said.
ISPR stated that the Director General Strategic Plans Division appreciated the technical expertise, dedication, and work.
According to ISPR, the President, Prime Minister, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) and Services Chiefs congratulated the scientists and engineers for this achievement.
