Founder PTI and Bushra Bibi were arrested by NAB on July 13

Islamabad: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has filed a new Toshakhana reference against Pkakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi.
NAB investigation officer Mohsin Haroon and case officer Waqar-ul-Hasan filed a reference consisting of two volumes in the accountability court Islamabad.
The founder PTI and Bushra Bibi were arrested by NAB on July 13 and remained in the custody for a total of 37 days for investigation.
During the investigation, they were also provided with a questionnaire, to which they submitted the answers to the NAB.
Yesterday, after the investigation was completed, the former prime minister and his wife were sent to jail on judicial remand.
The Accountability Court registrar will review the Toshakhana-II reference filed by NAB. After removing the objections, the reference will be sent to the Accountability Court administrative judge.
The Administrative Judge will decide whether to hear the reference or transfer it to another accountability court.
Administrative Judge Accountability Court Nasir Javed Rana is already hearing the £190 million reference against PTI founder and Bushra Bibi.
