Maryam, German Minister discuss to boost mutual cooperation
Maryam Nawaz expressed gratitude for the help of 91.1 million euros from Germany for the flood victims
Lahore: The German Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development met Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.
During the meeting, there was a discussion on promoting economic and trade relations between the two countries. The determination to deepen bilateral cooperation in trade and investment was reiterated.
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz expressed gratitude for the help of 91.1 million euros from Germany for the flood victims.
The meeting also agreed on cooperation in clean energy and climate-friendly projects.
Maryam Nawaz said that Pakistan-German economic relations are improving day by day. Climate change and elimination of environmental pollution are among the priorities. She appreciated Germany's support for achieving GSP plus status.
