Only three judges will be available next week from August 26-30


Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Saturday released the Judges Duty Roster for next week.
Following the instructions of the Chief Justice, the Deputy Registrar issued the Judges Duty Roster.
According to the duty roster, only three judges will be available next week from August 26-30. Three single and one-division benches have been formed to hear the cases next week.
Chief Justice Aamer Farooq, Justice Babar Sattar, and Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan will be available to hear the cases. Other five judges will not be available next week due to the holidays. Given the need, a special division bench and a larger bench will also be available next week.
It is pertinent to note that summer vacations in Islamabad High Court are till September 10.
