PM condemns recent terrorism in Balochistan
He added that terrorists have targeted innocent Pakistanis in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan
Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Tuesday said that recent incidents of terrorism in Balochistan are highly condemnable.
Speaking at the federal cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stated that the wave of terrorism has increased in the last few months. Sad incidents of terrorism have happened in the last few days, more than 50 Pakistanis have been martyred in the recent wave of terrorism. Brave soldiers of the security forces are also among those who have died.
He added that terrorists have targeted innocent Pakistanis in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. There is no doubt that terrorists of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) operate from Afghan soil. He strongly condemns the recent incidents of terrorism in Balochistan.
The Prime Minister further said: “The sacrifices of the security forces will not go in vain. It is necessary to stop the recent incidents of terrorism. Very effective operations have been carried out against the terrorists, our determination to end terrorism is firm, enemy forces want to create a gap between China and Pakistan”.
Shehbaz Sharif continued to say that the time has come to end terrorism. The forces of Pakistan will be provided all the resources to end terrorism. They will end all forms of terrorism; the Pakistan Army and the nation are united to end terrorism.
The Prime Minister also added that the country will end the menace of terrorism by working with the provincial governments. The enemies have to be recognised and their nefarious intentions crushed. The doors of dialogue are open for those who believe in the constitution of Pakistan. A series of comprehensive talks will be started by visiting Balochistan soon.
