Foreign news agency said that cause for social media platform X shutdown is not yet known


California: The service of social media platform X (formerly Twitter) has been restored in the US, UK, and Canada after an hour-long outage.
According to the outage tracking website, the X outage affected thousands of consumers in the US, Canada, and the UK.
According to the website, the United States reported the highest number of X-blocking complaints, with more than 36,500, followed by Canada with more than 3,300, and the United Kingdom with 1,600.
The foreign news agency said that the cause for social media platform X shutdown is not yet known.
It is pertinent to note that social media users in Pakistan have been facing difficulties in using the service of X (formerly Twitter) for the past several months and a large number of people are using X and other social media services through Virtual Private Network (VPN).
