Hyderabad: The district administration of Hyderabad has announced a public holiday on Thursday (August) due to ongoing heavy monsoon rains.
The decision was announced by Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad in response to the prevailing weather conditions.
The Deputy Commissioner said that the holiday is necessary to ensure the safety of students and staff amid the ongoing rains.
A formal notification has been issued to all educational institutions within the district, making it clear that the closure applies solely to Hyderabad.
