Court issues non-bailable arrest warrants of KP CM Gandapur in liquor case

Islamabad: A court in the federal capital on Wednesday issued non-bailable arrest warrants against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in a case pertaining to arms and liquor recovery.

The court rejected Gandapur's request for exemption from attendance and issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for him.

Civil Judge Shaista Khan Kandi heard the case related to arms and liquor recovery against Ali Amin Gandapur during which Gandapur's lawyer Zahoorul Hasan Raja appeared in the court.
