AstraZeneca will be available on June 28 for people going abroad: Punjab Health Department
Lahore: Punjab Health Department has revealed the date of availability of AstraZeneca vaccination for people going abroad.
In a statement, the provincial health department stated that AstraZeneca will be available on June 28 for people going abroad.
“People travelling abroad will have to wait until June 28 to get AstraZeneca”, officials at health department said.
On the other hand, the vaccination process has been resumed at different vaccination centers of Lahore.
The health department said that around 300,000 doses of coronavirus vaccine have been provided to different vaccination centers.
Another batch of Sinovac vaccine will be available to Punjab by this evening. Citizens can get vaccinated by visiting their nearest centers, health department added.
The vaccination process was halted over the weekend in Punjab after it faced a Covid-19 vaccine crisis due to exhaustion of Chinese and European vaccine stocks.
