Gandapur granted transit in arms, liquor case
Ali Amin Gandapur's lawyer Raja Zahoor applied to cancel the arrest warrant
Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Thursday granted Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur transit bail in the arms and liquor case.
Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa did not appear in the District and Sessions Court of Islamabad due to poor health.
Ali Amin Gandapur's lawyer Raja Zahoor applied to cancel the arrest warrant.
On the other hand, Chief Minister Ali Amin has also applied in Peshawar High Court (PHC) for transit bail.
Alam Khan Adizai has applied on behalf of Ali Amin Gandapur in the PHC and requested to schedule the for hearing today.
It is pertinent to note that yesterday the District and Sessions Courts of Islamabad issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in the illegal arms and liquor case.
