Lahore: Following the orders of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz, measures have been taken to install body cameras on police personnel.
Maryam Nawaz directed that body cams will be installed on police operations, investigation and traffic wing officials while an order has also been issued to ban the use of social media during duty.
It is being told that on the order of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, measures have been taken to install body cameras on the Punjab police personnel.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said that the protection of life and property of the people is the priority and no negligence will be tolerated. The purpose of installing a body cam is to improve the behavior of the police and ensure monitoring.
