Judicial Magistrate Sharqi had also rejected the bail application of the accused in the case


Karachi: The bail application of the accused Natasha—who killed the father and daughter by crushing them with her car on the Karsaz Road area of Karachi—was rejected in the case related to drug use.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Sharqi heard the case related to drug use against the accused in the car accident case.
The court rejected the accused's bail application, and the reasons will be quoted in the written order.
Earlier, Judicial Magistrate Sharqi had also rejected the bail application of the accused in the case.
It is pertinent to note that on August 19, a woman driver crushed and killed a father and daughter riding a motorcycle after hitting a speeding vehicle on Karsaz Road in Karachi. Besides, the woman had also hit another vehicle in which some people were injured.
A few days ago, the family of the father and daughter who died in the accident had forgiven the accused for the sake of Allah and in this regard the wife and sons of the deceased had also submitted an affidavit in the court.
