Islamabad: The accountability court has ordered the seizure of the properties of Zulfi Bukhari—a close associate of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder—in the 190 million pounds case.
Judge Nasir Javed Rana of the Accountability Court ordered to confiscate the properties of Zulfi Bukhari while accepting the request of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
The court also ordered the confiscation of Bukhari's 30-kanal plot, while the other four-kanal plot in Islamabad was also ordered to be seized by the government.
The decree said that Zulfi Bukhari's property of 1,210.12 kanals is in Attock district, out of which 91.10 kanals has also been ordered to be confiscated.
