Gohar Ali Khan stated that no draft was shared with them

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan Monday said that no one can agree on the draft that has come out regarding the constitutional amendment.
Talking to the media outside the Islamabad High Court (IHC), PTI Chairman Gohar Ali Khan stated that no draft was shared with them, adding “We demanded that the draft of the law should be shared with us and we will see it”.
He added that according to the leaked draft, no one can agree with it. They will transfer the judges against their will, which means that they will be transferred whenever they want. If a judge does not move, he will be bound to resign, the judiciary will be banned.
Barrister Gohar further said that all powers are being taken from the Supreme Court, how parallel courts will function. All parties should have been taken on board on the issue of constitutional amendments. If there is no draft law, what is there to build a consensus on?
