Barrister Gohar claims PTI conducted most transparent intra-party elections
PTI Chairman hopes that the case would be fairly concluded in the next hearing

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan on Wednesday claimed that PTI had conducted the most transparent intra-party elections.
Speaking to media outside the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) after hearing in intra-party election case, he said the PTI’s party structure was intact, hoping that case would be fairly concluded in the next hearing scheduled on Oct 2.
PTI Chairman said that he expected ECP not to create further hindrances in the PTI’s way.
Criticizing the ECP, Barrister Gohar highlighted the discriminatory treatment meted out to the PTI by the ECP despite apex court’s clear position on the matter.
“We had requested the court to order the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to bring all documents. PTI is the only party among 175 political parties of the country to have conducted the most transparent elections,” he added.
