Indian singer Salim Merchant meets Abida Parveen, photos viral

Dubai: Indian singer and musician Salim Merchant described the meeting with world-renowned Pakistani legendary Sufi singer Abida Parveen as a spiritual moment.

Salim Merchant posted pictures of his meeting with singer Abida Parveen on his official Instagram handle. The pictures showed that the two musicians met at an event.

The Indian singer said in his post: “Last night I was mesmerised by the Queen of Sufi music Abida Parveen. Her love for Ahl-Al-Bayt is so inspiring. She made everyone’s evening so special”,

Abida Parveen sounded divine as always and the moments we spent talking will always be priceless and memorable, he stated.

Salim further wrote that he looks back at Noor-e-Ilahi which they did almost a decade ago and looks forward to doing more music with Abida.
