Anushka Sharma extends career break from acting
New Delhi: Acclaimed Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma has extended her acting break till 2022 to focus on her newborn daughter.
Reportedly, the actress is currently in London with husband Virat Kohli and daughter, Vamika.
The 33-year old has no plans to return to work this year as she wants to focus on the newborn.
As per Indian media outlets, Anushka does not want to take any kind of risk amid the ongoing coronavirus outbreak as the officials have warned about the third wave of it in October.
Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli got married at Borgo Finocchieto in Italy's Tuscany in 2017.
On 11 January, the celebrity couple was blessed with a baby girl.
She directed her team to not to engage her with any shootings assigments. However, it is expected that she will end her acting break in 2022.
Anushka was last seen in Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Zero in 2018. Her fans are now eagerly waiting to see her on the silver screen.
