Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) declared the detention of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) member Azad Kashmir Assembly Ghulam Mohiuddin null and void and ordered his release.
According to the details, Justice Asjad Javed Gharal heard the petition of Ghulam Mohiuddin's wife Saba Dewan. Barrister Mian Ali Ashfaq and Rana Maroof Advocate appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

On September 17, Azad Kashmir Legislative Assembly member and PTI leader Ghulam Mohiuddin Dewan was allegedly abducted.
