Islamabad: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad Saturday issued non-bailable arrest warrants against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.

On this occasion, Gandapur's lawyer Raja Zahoor-ul-Hasan appeared in the court and submitted his attendance waiver request to the court. To which the prosecutor said that the court should see the conduct of the accused, there is a continuous violation.
Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra remarked that last time on 4th he applied for an exemption from attendance and on the 8th, his health was fine in the meeting.
Lawyer Zahoor took the stand that the court should approve the request for exemption from attendance today, and assured his attendance in the future.
