Punjab imposes section 144 across province following PTI's Friday protest call
Provincial home department imposed section 144 for two days

Lahore: The Maryam-led government on Thursday imposed section 144 across the province ahead of the PTI's protest call for Friday.
The provincial home department issued a notification in this regard. The section 144 has been imposed for October 18 (Friday) and October 19 (Saturday).
On Wednesday, the opposition party announced a fresh wave of protests in several districts of Punjab, including the provincial capital, Lahore.
