All private and public educational institutes to remain closed

Lahore: The Punjab government has announced a holiday for all public and private schools, colleges and universities in the province on Friday (tomorrow).
According to an official notification, the government also imposed Section 144 in the province for the next two days -- October 18 and 19.
The notification said that all types of protests and rallies will be banned in the province.
